At SPC, we offer you the opportunity to manage a variety of digital aspects such as customer service, digital strategy, SEO and SEM, consumer behavior research, digital marketing, paid media, customer engagement, data analytics, and business analytics. 
 
We are looking for an analytical, customer-focused collaborator who is passionate about data and technology. You have a digital savvy approach and are always curious, asking questions and using the tools available to find answers. You possess the learning ability to absorb new information and the creativity to come up with innovative ideas and solutions. You have strong planning and organizing skills and are willing to challenge the status quo, holding on to your views and plans despite adversity and constructive feedback. CORE COMPETENCIES: 
Digital Strategy: 
  • Drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies for an enhanced customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals. 
Data Analytics and Business Analytics: 
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive meaningful insights from customer data. 
  • Align digital initiatives with business goals through effective business analytics. 
  • Shape strategic business decisions by assisting in analysis on various metrics/business cases to drive growth and member engagement 
Data Visualization 
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports to gather product insights and enable other teams to explore data sets to help answer questions or formulate stronger concepts/ideas. 
Consumer Behavior Research: 
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand and anticipate consumer behaviors. 
  • Utilize consumer insights to inform and optimize digital strategies. 
SEO and SEM: 
  • Implement SEO and SEM best practices to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic. 
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum impact. 
Paid Media: 
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach the target audience. 
  • Optimize paid media campaigns for optimal ROI and engagement. 
Customer Engagement: 
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to foster lasting relationships. 
  • Leverage digital channels for effective communication and interaction with customers. 
Digital Marketing: 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall digital strategy and customer experience goals. 
Product Marketing: 
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies. 
  • Ensure alignment of product marketing efforts with overall digital strategy and customer experience goals. 
Product Analytics:  
  • Analyze user behaviour and create funnels that measure KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and retention 
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. 
  • Experience in digital marketing and digital experience management. 
  • Strong background in data analytics and business analytics. 
  • Excellent creative, analytical, and communication skills. 
 
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 
  • SQL  
  • Mixpael or similar tools such as Salesforce, Amplitude, PowerBI etc.  
  • GoogleSuite  
  • Tableau  
  • R/ Python  
  • SEO Tools  
  • SEM Platforms
